Ethan and Anna Gooch
Hello and welcome! Gooch Appraisal Service, LLC consists of Ethan Gooch and Anna (Moore) Gooch. Ethan and Anna were both born and raised in Kirksville, Missouri and attended Kirksville High School together. Ethan and Anna both attended Truman State University and began appraisal training in early 2022 to become certified general real estate appraisers. After getting married in 2023, the Gooches knew their ultimate goal was to begin an appraisal business together following their training. With three years of appraisal training, invaluable experience was gained appraising multiple property types through out north eastern and central Missouri.
Ethan received his State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in November 2024. Anna received her State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in April 2025. Ethan and Anna are both happy to serve all of your appraisal needs and have experience with agricultural, commercial, industrial, special-purpose, residential, and multi-family residential properties.

Throughout their time training, Ethan and Anna both gained experience with market value valuations for mortgage financing and credit decisions, divorce settlements, estate planning / date of death valuations, and buy / sell decisions.

Ethan C. Gooch
Truman State University
Ethan C. Gooch received his Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural sciences with a minor in business administration from Truman State University in May 2022. During his time at Truman, Ethan was involved with the compost project at the Truman State University farm, worked for Greenley Memorial Research Farm, and completed an internship with the Hunting Public. Ethan began his employment with Holman Valuation Group in January 2022.
Anna P. Gooch
Truman State University
Anna P. Gooch received her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with a minor in statistics from Truman State University in May 2023. During her time at Truman, Anna was involved in Kappa Mu Epsilon and the Mathematical Association of America and assisted in coaching cross country and track at Kirksville High School. Anna began her employment with Holman Valuation Group in April 2022.
Outside of the Appraisal Business
Outside of the appraisal business, Ethan and Anna own several rental properties in Kirksville and enjoy renovating homes. Ethan's passion and knowledge of agriculture led to his farming with his father in Adair County. If he isn't in the appraisal office, in a crop field, or renovating a house, Ethan is likely outdoors hunting or fishing. Anna volunteers with Kirksville High School track and field and is the assistant cross country coach. If she isn't at the appraisal office, coaching, or assisting Ethan with a house renovation, Anna enjoys crocheting, cooking and baking, playing volleyball, and spending time with family.
